1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing the platform, creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use paid services. “NAHE”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Narottama Academy of Human Excellence.

2. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials confidential. Your account is personal to you and may not be shared. Only one active device session may be permitted at a time. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

3. Educational purpose

NAHE provides educational notes, quizzes, flashcards, slides and technology-assisted learning resources. Content supports learning and examination preparation but does not guarantee marks, admission, qualification, employment or professional outcomes.

Medical and health-related content is educational and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, supervision or emergency care.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Paid subscriptions provide access to the subject or bundle selected at checkout for the period displayed, ordinarily one year from activation. Prices and included subjects are shown before payment. Payments are processed through the payment service presented at checkout.

Access begins after successful payment verification and completion of any required activation step. Free material remains available where specifically marked.

5. Cancellation and refund policy

Once a subscription is activated, it cannot be cancelled and subscription fees are non-refundable. This does not limit any remedy or refund that must be provided under applicable law. A verified duplicate or incorrect payment may be reviewed when reported promptly with transaction details.

6. Permitted use and intellectual property

Learning content is licensed for the subscriber's personal, non-commercial educational use. You must not share credentials; copy, republish, sell or distribute protected content; remove watermarks; bypass access controls; scrape the platform; or interfere with its security or operation.

We may suspend or terminate access for material misuse, fraud, credential sharing or security abuse. Where access is terminated for such misuse, no refund will be due except where applicable law requires otherwise.

7. Privacy and communications

We process information needed to provide accounts, authentication, support, payments and subscriptions. We do not sell personal information. Service-related messages may be sent when necessary to operate your account or complete a requested transaction.

8. Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the platform accurate and available, but content and services may occasionally be corrected, updated, interrupted or withdrawn. To the extent permitted by law, NAHE is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from platform use, inability to access the service, or reliance on educational content.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms when services, legal requirements or platform practices change. The current version and effective date will appear on this page. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated where reasonably required.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection rights and mandatory legal forums, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
